I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy to both individuals and couples. I provide a safe and supportive space where we can collaboratively explore your feelings and concerns to uncover the roots of your difficulties, which may be linked to past experiences and unresolved pain. Developing greater self-awareness and understanding of others can bring relief as well as lead to improved emotional wellbeing and better relationships.
Areas I work with
Individual Therapy – Almost anyone can benefit from the support therapy offers at some point in life. You may be seeking therapy because of feelings of unhappiness or distress. Perhaps you are experiencing difficulties in your relationships with others or struggling to sustain an intimate connection. Whatever you are going through, we can explore your thoughts and feelings with compassion and patience.
Couple Therapy – In couple therapy, you and your partner can work together to address your relationship challenges. You may feel that your needs aren’t being met, or there may be feelings of hurt and disappointment. Perhaps you find yourselves arguing about the same things or getting stuck in a cycle of misunderstandings. Couple therapy can help you improve communication, identify unhelpful patterns and understand their origins, empowering you to break the cycle of blame and develop new, more constructive ways of relating.
