I am a first generation Londoner born and raised. I understand that finding somebody to talk to in a safe and confidential environment can be difficult and scary, many people do not have this & feel they are alone with their stresses.

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor, which means I am concerned with the unconscious mind and the memories and emotions that are associated with this. I do not have all of the answers, but we can work together to find a pace and a style that works for you.

If you are feeling unsure, having bouts of self-doubt or dealing with anxiety, depression or addictions I specialise in these areas and have extensive experience supporting individuals to work through these challenges.

I focus on building a relationship with my clients, creating a safe and confidential space to help you feel supported without fear of judgment.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their ethical code of practice and confidentiality. I continue to develop professionally, undertaking courses and workshops regularly to stay informed and knowledgeable.
