Areas I work with
I focus on understanding how your past influences your present, enabling deeper self-awareness and personal growth. I believe that understanding the dynamics of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours can lead to profound insights and lasting change.
Through our work together, you’ll gain insights into the unconscious motivations that drive your behaviours, empowering you to make more conscious choices in your life.
In our sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive environment where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions. I work with individuals, groups and teams as a clinical supervisor. I work with people suffering with difficulties in self-esteem, relationships, anxiety, work related issues and depression.
I am also interested in the wider societal impact on individuals and how organisational systems impact work and professionals.
We can arrange a time to meet via phone or email.
Following this we would have up to three assessment sessions, where you have time to talk about what has brought you to therapy and decide if you would like to work with me as your therapist.
