Hi there,
Talking and thinking about emotional problems can be difficult. Other people’s judgments and opinions might make you feel weary or unwilling to open up. I’m here to offer a relaxed and supportive environment, inviting you to explore the challenges or confusion you may face in daily life by engaging with the arts in a tailored way for you.
In my practice, I’ve worked with individuals who have experienced separation from loved ones, emotional breakdowns, loss of motivation, physical injuries, relational conflicts, gender identity issues, dissociation, and the impacts of abuse. I understand how difficult these moments can be and the complex emotions that need to be acknowledged and released. I value your uniqueness with my openness, and I would like to support you in exploring your inner journey.
Do you know art-making can be a journey towards your inner truth?
Art-making can be a path to engage in a dialogue with your unconscious mind, helping you to unfold unexpressed thoughts, hidden emotions, and internal dilemmas. In a non-judgmental space, you are free to express and explore whatever you bring to the session. No drawing skills are necessary. Together, we can draw responsively, uncover your inner resources, and discover what art can bring into your life for healing and growth.
How do I support you?
I am a gentle and calm practitioner who attunes to your needs and individuality, tailoring the optimum approach for you. We will start with one or several introductory sessions to get to know each other better and collaboratively create a therapeutic plan. Throughout our sessions, you may choose to create art or only talk. I integrate expressive art therapy, play therapy, and internal family systems into my practice for your needs. Our journey can conclude with a planned ending or upon advance discussion, and I will offer a summary and recommendations to support your ongoing development.

- Chinese Senior Counsellor
I am a registered Art Psychotherapist of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). My practice abides by standards-of-proficiency—arts-therapists.pdf. I regularly engage in supervision and attend professional development seminars to continually enhance my practice. Additionally, I am an active member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT), the European Federation of Art Therapy (EFAT), and the American Psychological Association (APA).
I hold a Master’s degree in Art Psychotherapy from Brunel University London, with a theoretical foundation that includes expressive art therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and mentalisation.
During my training, I provided individual and group art therapy services to the NHS and charity sector, where clients shared positive feedback, one client remarked, “You made me trust people for the first time in years…”, while others said they loved the art therapy groups.
In 2018, I became a government-accredited senior counsellor in China. Since qualifying, I have supported individuals with general mental health concerns by calls.
I offer both art psychotherapy and counselling on a weekly basis. A complimentary 20-minute call is available before starting formal sessions, allowing us to see whether working together feels like the right fit for you.
