I am a progressive analytic psychotherapist, who sees the individual as part of a bigger picture – social systems, transgenerational dynamics, and the rhythms of the natural world. I am also a Maturation Coach, using journaling, visualisation and BodyMind practices to meet and release trauma held in the fabric of the body, and reveal the ways in which the past is often living our present. Most importantly, I recognise that asking for help takes courage, and I am here to support you to connect more deeply to yourself and to others, and rediscover your resilience.

Areas I work with
Beneath all mental distress (be that depression, anxiety, self-harm, addiction, or the legacies of violence and abuse) we find trauma; and the experience of trauma has one thing in common – powerlessness. When something cuts that deeply, we learn to survive as best we can, until those coping mechanisms themselves become the problem. Each person uses therapy differently, and at their own pace, and I am here, alongside you, to begin to look beneath the struggle.
Qualifications and Training
I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist, trained at the Institute of Group Analysis in London. I am also a certified Maturation Coach, and a Qigong Teacher in training.
I have worked in NHS settings providing individual and group therapy for people facing complex mental health conditions, and also maintain an interest in bringing therapeutic models into non-clinical settings. From 2018 – 2021 I was a core staff member on the Jungian informed MA Drama and Movement Therapy, at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, leading their Reflective Process Group.
Addressing structures of power, social interdependence and transgenerational trauma is central to my approach, and I maintain a commitment to examining my white privilege, and to the work of anti-racism.
I hold a First Class History degree from Cambridge University and originally trained as a Film Director. The unheard voices of the past, and the stories we tell and draw strength from, have always been important to me.
