Welcome to Camden Therapy

Therapy and counselling from rooms in Camden Town

We are a group practice of skilled and experienced counsellors, psychotherapists and physical therapists who work with individuals, couples and groups. We are all fully qualified and registered practitioners dedicated to your mental and physical wellbeing.

Camden Therapy offers a variety of talking therapies including counselling, psychotherapy and CBT. In future months we will be offering CBT, Chinese medicine, and body therapies such as acupuncture and osteopathy. All our therapists are fully qualified and registered with their relevant regulatory body.

We work from seven peaceful, bright, comfortable and calm therapy rooms in the centre of Camden Town.

Have a look at our therapists' profile pages to find out more.

Cathy Brett
I am a qualified, experienced psychotherapist and counsellor in on-going supervision and professional development at Spectrum, a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) registered centre for humanistic psychotherapy. I draw primarily on Gestalt Psychotherapy (developing awareness) and Formative Psychology (changing experience) as a basis for my work.
